What you buy

One payment of $49 (USD) unlocks the download of the mileage log files (PDF, Excel and CSV) for one tax year, the year chosen at checkout. One payment of $79 unlocks them for every tax year in your file at the time of purchase. There is no subscription. Building and previewing the log is free.

A purchase covers the whole tax year, including one bought before the year ends: you can export your Timeline again later and download the complete log at no extra cost. The unlock is kept in the browser used for the purchase, and the link shown after payment unlocks it again on any device.

Refunds

If the files do not meet your needs, write to us within 14 days of purchase and you will be refunded in full. Refunds go back to the payment method used, through Stripe.

What the tool does not do

TimelineMileage builds a record from your own location data. It is not tax advice. Check with your tax professional which trips qualify. The log is built only from the data in your file: trips missing from it are missing from the log. You are responsible for the use and purpose you assign to each trip and for what you claim on your return.

Liability

The service is provided with care but without guarantee that a tax authority will accept the resulting log. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid, to the extent the law allows.
